Bugs in Office XP VISIO/Word OLE Integration

What is the best method for reporting bugs if you do not have a support account. I can't find a place to do other than to start a support incident. I don't need anything fixed I just want to report the bug.

Most recent annoyance. I have embedded VISIO UML diagram in a Word document. When ever I open a properties dialog on the visio diagram that has been opened in another window for editiing, I am switched back to word when I close the dialog. This only happens for objects inserted into the document not for objects created from a file.

One Method you could use is through an Online Support Incident, and provide
the steps to reproduce what you are seeing. The other thing does the issue
happen with the latest Service Pack installed for Office/Visio?

Yes it happens with the most recent service packs installed. My concern is that I get two free incidents and I don't want to use them for problems which while they problems with Office mostly annoyances. I have a very long list of them that I would liek to report but there doesn't seem to be a good way to do that. Perhaps talk with the MVPs?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the response. One thing that you should be aware is if it is a
bug then shouldn't have a support incident deducted. Anyway if you have
specific steps to repro bugs with Visio if you want to include step by step
details on them and I can verify or report them for u.If you want to post
them or email me direct that would be fine.
