Font size changing
Clients are running XP sp 3 with Outlook 2003 sp 3.
Client A is having issues; when he sends an email to internal users with the body of his message the font size is set to Times New Roman 12 and if someone within the company replies to his email it autmoatically changes it from 12 to 10. Client A's Outlook mail format font settings all have the same setting: TNR 12. Help! |

Hi Rob,
Have you tried this: When replying to a mail, go to Tool/Options/General/Web Options/Fonts and set the font there. HTH! Font size changing
Hi Mike,
Thanks for your suggestion. You may be onto something, I had the person in question send me an email and I noticed it did not change the font size when I adjusted my settings whereas before it was adjusting it. Thanks for your help! "Mike Sperry" wrote: Hi Rob, Have you tried this: When replying to a mail, go to Tool/Options/General/Web Options/Fonts and set the font there. HTH!
