Can someone tell me if i am just missing this... or how to create a 2-sided
document in publisher 2003.

Exactly the same way as you would create a single-sided document, except that you print it on both sides of the sheet, and perhaps set up mirrored margins using Arrange Layout Guides. To get the second side of the document, do an
