Booklets in Publisher 2007
I have to do a layout for a professional printer for a project that will be
an 8-page (including back and front covers) stapled ad booklet. My finished page size - not starting paper size - will be 5.5" high by 3.5" wide. Is there a way for me to customize a booklet in Publisher to that size and for that many pages so I can get a real feel for what it will look like AS a booklet, or do I need to do each page as a single sheet/page customized to 5.5" by 3.5" and just let the printer take it from there and turn it into a booklet? Thanks! |

Do a custom printer setup, 7" wide 5.5" high, give the custom setup an unique
name. In page setup use the Advanced on the right. Select booklet, type 3.5 width, 5.5 height. Be sure the print setup stays the same custom size. Using the above setup means you will have to have stock 7" x 5.5. As of now Publisher cannot print two booklets per letter sheet; hopefully this will be corrected in a future service pack. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "Aspen8" wrote in message ...
