Yes select A5:M9 and copy the range. Go where you want to
paste it and right click, select paste special/values.

how do i link the activity that takes place on the first
sheet to give me just the value of a cell from sheet 1 and
send it to where i want it on sheet 2. so as the number
changes on sheet 1 it changes on sheet two.

basically sheet one is where all of my work is being done
and sheet 2 is the good copy to be handed in.

To link Sheet1 A5 to Sheet2 A5 select A5 on Sheet2 and enter an = sign then
switch to Sheet1 A5 and hit ENTER key.

Sheet2 A5 will now have the formula =Sheet1!A5

Drag/copy this across to M5 and down to M9
