Default Slide ~Masters

Hi hope some one can help

I set up a Slide master for a PPT 2007 Presentation and had someone else
create the sides. I am not sure how, but they seem to have created 155
slides without any one them having the slide master used.

Is there any way that I can retrospectively apply the slide master to these
slides. I have looked in Help but done seem to be able to see how to so
this.

Thanks
Alex

I'm assuming that when you created your Slide Masters, you saved it as a
template. If so then it is just a matter of applying your template to the
slides.

Click the slide you want to change the layout for, then click Layout on the
Home tab (next to the New Slide button). Choose the appropriate layout. You
can select multiple slides and apply the layout to them at once if they use
the same layout.

If the text isn't in the slide placeholders, that's another story. In that
case, I might select the text in the textbox, cut it, and paste it in the
placeholder (which will be there after you apply the layout). Or you could
paste it into the slide in the Outline tab -- that might even be faster.

One of the coders here might have a way to move text from textboxes into
placeholders if you can confirm that's what you need.
