Mail merge label preview is blank?
I'm using windows xp and office 2003 to create mailing labels from an
existing Excel spreadsheet that's part of a workbook. I've successfully created labels using the Word mail merge wizard for 2 of the 3 spreadsheets in the workbook, but the last merge preview shows blank labels. I didn't do anything differently with the third. Any ideas? |

Hi =?Utf-8?B?SmFtaWU=?=,
Can you give us an example of the data (copy/paste the field names and first two or three records)? Can you see the record information in the "Recipients" dialog box, or are there also no records displayed here?
