When creating a mail merge to send out a form letter, where do you store the
names and addresses of the recipients? A. Main document B. Data source C. Label file D. New address document in Word 2002 |

In the data source which can be another Word document containing a table
with the mergefield names in the first row of the table, an Excel spreadsheet - likewise with the mergefield names in the first row of the spreadsheet, a table in an Access database, a comma delimited text file, a contacts list in Outlook, or ....
