word mailmerge with outlook
I may have found the problem with word mail merge with
outlook fields. In the first field, Outlook asks for full name, which includes the title. If you click on the Full Name button, one of the fields is title. Once that field is filled in it becomes part of the full name, which reads, e.g.: Mr. James Johnson or Ms. Susan J. Douglas. And it reads out correctly in Word. This is somewhat different than I'm used to seeing, so didn't think to do this at first. Also, The job title did not appear in the inside address but I changed to individual merge codes for the inside addess rather than the Addess Block and it turned out OK. Hope this helps someone else. |
