Default YI561403.CAB not found while installing

I reformatted my hard drive and re-installed all drivers.
I am trying to re-install Office XP and I keep getting the
error that my computer cannot find YI561403.CAB. It
prompts me to insert the Office setup CD, which I
obviously already have done. I'm afraid it may prompt me
for more files that I don't have. How can I fix this
problem?

I'm sorry... I'm trying to install Office 2003 Basic
Edition on my XP Professional system. Is this the problem?

The MS Office 2003 Basic Edition is an OEM package
(i.e. sold with new computers). That cab file should
be available on your Office CD.

"Required file YI561403" message when trying to upgrade MS Office 2003 demo software to paid product

I get the same message when I tried to convert my Office 2003 "free" demo provided on a new Sony laptop to a paid product. MICROSOFT TOOK MY MONEY, THEN I CAN'T FINISH THE INSTALLATION SO THEIR PROCESS OF CONVERTING DEMO SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK. Since I have a laptop without any product discs, I have no CD with the missing file YI561403, and MS has not responded in two days to a message I left on their support website for upgrades. Don't EVER do this with microsoft. Now I have to spend time to find a way to reverse the charge on my credit card because not one MS support site has any mention of this "required" file.

Did you buy an upgrade version or a full retail version of Office? If you
had a trial version, you can't use an upgrade version of Office - you need
the full thing.

What version of Office are you trying to install? What version of Office was
pre-installed on your computer? Have you tried to contact Sony?

This error does not always come from the trial edition and upgrade process. I have a full version of Microsoft Office 2003 with volume licensing, and TWO of the seventeen computers in our company are receiving this error. One of them is a Windows XP machine, the other is a Windows Vista system.

I have tried a complete uninstall and reinstall of Office twice now, and these machines are still getting that error, but only with Outlook. The file is not on the installation CD in any visible capacity, and the error cannot find it anywhere either.

So, aside from "it's on the CD", where is it located? What directory, subdirectory, etc.? Can it be found manually and then transfered to the local computer so I can point it out directly?
