Default 2003 settings to 2007

I am about to have a new pc with office 2007, I currently run Office 2003 if
I make a pst file with office 2003 using the save my settings wizard, can I
use that file to copy my setings into Office 2007 with the vista o/s?

Thanks in advance for any advice

2007 doesn't have a save my settings wizard, so the answer would be no.
You need to look at the Windows Vista Easy Transfer Wizard.
