2003 On a Standalone and Help

We're going to be installing Office 2003 on a couple of public access
standalone computers with no network access.

How does help work in this kind of situation when there's no facilty
to get online help?

O2003 offers offline help too. You should probably hit F1 and hit the
"Online content settings" link at the footer of the Help pane. Uncheck all
the checkboxes, and restart the app. You won't see any prompts to use
online content.
