Preventing automatic file attatchment
When I send an E-mail a file attaches itself to the E-mail repeating the
content of the E-mail in the file attachment. I have noticed this happens sometimes when others send E-mails to me. How to I prevent this automatic file attachment. I use Outlook Express 6 and Windows XP.

Are you using AVG by any chance? If you are, disable e-mail

Alternatively, turn off the option to read all messages in plain text.

What a fantastic helpful group this is. Thank you all. Set to plain text
and problem disappears.
