Default 2003 Pro Upgrade

I presently have 2003 Basic on my system but want to
upgrade to the Professional Edition. However, software is
looking for 2000 of Office 97. How do I get past this?
Since I don't have the key for either of these programs
from my old computer I can not load on my new system.

Help

There is no upgrade path for Basic to Pro,
If you have a qualifying product, and you mention O2K and O97, simply pop
the cd in and point the pro installation to it, when its seeking the QP

1) You cannot upgrade products of the same version line - it is not
supported.

2) Why do you need the key? You don't have to install the qualifying
product, merely insert it when prompted.
