Changing colour of toolbars in 2003 using Vista
Is it possible to change change colour of toolbars in Outlook 2003 (and
other office products) using Vista? Mine are an annoying blue colour and like to change them. Thanks

I also have this annoying blue in excel and word! Outlook 2003 shortcut- Properties- tab Compatibility- select: Disable visual themes

That is indeed the case for certain shortcuts. In that case you can either

I located "Outlook.exe" did right click mouse, got properties and still no

Are you in a home or corporate environment? This feature could have been
disabled by your corporate admin.
