Is it possible to change change colour of toolbars in Outlook 2003 (and
other office products) using Vista? Mine are an annoying blue colour and like to change them. Thanks |

That is indeed the case for certain shortcuts. In that case you can either

I located "Outlook.exe" did right click mouse, got properties and still no

Are you in a home or corporate environment? This feature could have been
disabled by your corporate admin.
