Default Consolidating 2 sets of data

How do you match 2 seaperate sets of data, using 2 colums to match against each other, but then having their corresponding data move with them? I basically need to sort the 2 sets of data so they line up, and consolidate the information. The second set (column D) as seen below has more company listings which makes it impossible to match up column A and D by using the standard sorting tools. I need column A and D to line up with their correponding data. Here's what's going on:

A B C D E
123Inkjets.com $95.39 0.103% 123Inkjets.com Up to 13.5%
123Posters.com $6.29 0.007% 123lasertoner Up to 10.0%
1-800-Patches $55.16 0.060% 123Posters.com Up to 9.0%
1-800-PetMeds $706.62 0.764% 1800mobiles.com Up to $ 25.00
1-877-Phonecards $2.48 0.003% 1-800-Patches Up to 15.0%
3balls Golf $35. 40 0.038% 1-800-PetMeds Up to 6.0%
6FigureJobs.com $2.00 0.002% 1-800-The-Rose.com Up to 4.0%
A1 Wireless $320.00 0.346% 1-877-Phonecards Up to 4.0%
AAA $3.00 0.003% 3balls Golf Up to 3.5%

Thanks for your help!

Zak
