1) I have a formulae in a cell but no corresponding value in £'s
I have a formulae as =Sum(H3:H6) in a cell which should display a value in
currency. No value is seen, but the grand total displayed at the end of the sheet, including many other formulae ( shown in local currency ) includes the missing items. Also, how do you lock formulae without proctecting the whole sheet? |

Hi, maybe your calculation is set as manual, go to
TOOLS|OPTIONS|CALCULATION|AUTOMATIC Regarding to lock formulae, this is not possible, the way to do it is unlock all cells of the spreadsheet, lock the formulas and protect it, so you just have protected the formula ranges. hope it helps Regards from Brazil Marcelo "Michael" escreveu: I have a formulae as =Sum(H3:H6) in a cell which should display a value in currency.
