Default Boxes, i.e change e-mail don't display fully/can't access option

I am running Outlook 2002 on a relatively new XP Home SP 2 machine. While it
worked fine previously, the box that displays under toolse-mail
accountsview or change existing e-mail accountschange, does not fully
display. I can't expand the box & have tried various screen resolutions, but
the lower & right sides will not display & therefore I have no access to
"more options".

Thanks for any ideas to fix this

What is your DPI setting for your resolution? 96DPI is standard.
