Default Embed documents

I'm setting up a master spreadsheet in Excel 2000 that
holds lots of info about samples sent to customers etc.
This will be shared on a network drive and used by 20-30
people. As part of this spreadsheet it is necessary to
embed specific documents that may originate from a number
of different network drives. I am intending All data to be
input via user forms and vB but I cant seem to figure
outhow to open a dialog box that lets the user find the
specific file to embed other than having them type out the
address in full or to have them do it manually via the
normal worksheet insert file method. Any help welcome
