Default Import Exel into Outlook problem

I want to import contact data into Outlook. that fails as the error requires
mapping. Standard MS help tells me, to use the Map Custom Fields button. that
one is not visible. MS Help tells me to: "In the The Following Actions Will
Be Performed box, select the Import check box". I have no clue where I could
that box.

Another option might be to identify ranges in my excel export file.
Unfortunately I don't know how to do that either

Default Import Exel into Outlook problem

Found the asnwer myself at:
english/office appl../Excel/Excel
under an entry: "export excel data to outlook contacts"

short version of it: if Define the range in the spreadsheet and saved that.
You close excel. When you then follow the wizard for import in Outlook, the
Map Custom Fields button shows! and then it is easy
