Specify your fax software.
Specify your fax sending method, including the fax address used.
Specify your automatic polling settings and whether you have the option to
"Send immediately when connected" enabled.

The format is [fax:number]

The send and receive group are configurated for no send mail when connected.

Still need the method by which you are sending the fax.
Also need to know whether the "Send immediately when connected" option is
selected. That's not a Send/Receive setting. It's in Tools Options Mail
Setup.
Also, what other transports are in this profile?

No this settings is not checked.
If I check it,mail fax start.
Problem is that I need to don't send immediatly but every ten minutes.

Method :

I start with a new mail and specify in To the number [fax:04.....].
I send the mail and remain in Outbox.

When Send and receive start the fax remain in outbox and standard mail
insteand start.

We have two group for Send/Receive : one for fax and one for my two mail
account.

One of my E-mail account is set for be default account for mail (we are
speaking of pop/smtp account).

Fax Mail Transport is set to use the Fax shared from Sbs2003 SE (my fax
server).
This settings is available also in Option /Mail Setup /Send and receive -
All accounts / account properties.

All group (default group) send every 5 minutes.
Fax group (new group created) every 10.

Bye.

Well first of all there is no reason to include Fax in an automatic
Send/Receive group.
What happens if you remove fax from an automatic polling group and set
Outlook to Send immediately when connected?

Default Outlook 2003 and send fax

Hi,
sorry but problem with connection :-((

Now I'm on line ..

The problem is solved !!

In Tools / Option / E-mail accounts I've specified the fax account as default.
My real account is the second and so the other.
Mail if are not fax,are sent with the second accout (this is good).

Besides if I reply from a folder associated to the other account mail is
replied with the correct accout...
set fax account as default solve the problem and don't make error.

Thanks ;-)

It should not be necessary to set fax as the default account. Outlook
recognizes fax addresses and invokes the correct transport automatically.
The only time I've seen it have a problem is if your only other transport in
the profile is Exchange Server.
