Default Word 2k3 and Accepting all changes

I have a user who is reviewing changes in a word document using Word 2003.
In previous versions of word (such as 97 and 2K) there was an option to
"accept all" changes in a document? Does anyone know if this capability
still exists in Word 2K3 or will he have to accept every single change in
the document?

It's there on the mini-menu (arrow) beside the Accept Change button on the
reviewing toolbar.

What isn't there is the useful dialog that takes you automatically from one
change to the next. For that you need to drag the ToolsReviewRevisions
command from the Customize dialog to the toolbar.

Yes, however the catch is this if you've started accepting changes and you
are "focused" on a single change you do not get the option for the
mini-menu. When I had the user stop accepting changes and use the Tools
menu and the review revisions dialog the option to accept all changes is
there.

Thanks! :-)
