Default Which tool do I use to enable blanks to be fillled in in a form?

I have created a form, using word, which I will e-mail to recipients. The
recipient will fill in the blanks. What do I use to enable this process to
take place, i.e. the form remains static, the blanks do not move. Thanks if
you can help!

Set up the form as a table with fixed cell dimensions.
