Default Links in mails no longer work...

in outlook 2007, out of the blue... when I select a link from an email, I get
an error:
"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have no idea how this happened.
any advise will be helpful.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for the latest
information.
