Would appreciate some help also but my problem is upgrading to Outlook 2002
while rest of my office suite is in 2000 version. Had to do the upgrade to accommodate my PDA Phone software! Has anyone ever sat down with programmers to explain the Real Life of a Layman? (sorry, can't help but put that in) - ignor please . "Bart" wrote: Hi, I have a client who has Office XP (2002) installed. We upgraded his Outlook to 2003 (from the Exchange server CDs). Now he cannot use Word 2002 as his e-mail editor. Under Mail Format, the check boxes for using Word as your e-mail editor are greyed out, because they say "using Word 2003". Can you still use Word 2002 as your e-mail editor in Outlook 2003? And if so, how can you turn it on? Thanks a bunch. Bart |
