Default Macro

I have a file that appears to have a macro which I cannot
locate. When the file is opened, I get the question box
about macros potentially having viruses, do I want to
disable/enable, etc. etc. When I drill down into
Tools/Macros, there are none identified. How do I find
and delete references to a macro?
