Default circular letter by Access

I want to use Access to create a circular letter to some of my customers.

I use MMno (a text field) as my letter number, and one list box to select
the required customers (customer ID is also a text field). How can I limit
the report to print the specific letter and address to the selected
customers, similar to the merged mail by Word?

I think I solved this problem, though it might not be professional.
At least it works:
1. I redesign the report as a label sourced by the customers table so that it
can be populated by multi-select listbox
2. I attached the letter contents by forms![LetterForm]![LetterContent] to the
labels. I got the merged mails.
