Outlook 2007 and problems with RSS Feeds

I'm running Windows 7 on an HP Computer. Periodically my RSS Feeds stop
updating , sometimes it's 4-5 and sometimes it's all of them. How can I
correct this?
At present when this happens I have to return to the site and start the
process again.
