Default outlook2003 and express

won't let me login

Invalid login.

Configuration:
Account: Hotmail
Server: http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
User name:
Protocol: HTTPMail
Port: 0
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc32

this is happening at home and work and i know my logion details are correct,
but why won't it let me login..

does anyie else have this problem? and does any know how to get around it ..

Authentication fails when you use Outlook or Outlook Express to try to
log
on to a HTTP-based mail server if you use Internet Explorer version 7.0:
