Default Printing Issue in Outlook Express after IE7

I figured it out last night, it has to do with the Identity.
If you create a new Identity, saving your old one, switch to that new
identity, then rename your old identity whatever you want it to print on the
top for the bold heading, after that you can switch back to your newly named
old identity, and delete the one you created. Try to print and wala, it
should work. Hopefully...

What anti-virus application is installed on the machine? Any "internet

Stay tuned to this newsgroup as well as OE General for updates on this

Default Printing Issue in Outlook Express after IE7

It looks as if the problem is printer Specific, I have about 12 printers that
I can print to all are different with different drivers and only one still
dont work. If I print to a Mita AI4040 Copier/Printer the top heading is
missing. All others, mostly PostScript Devices, work. Got me, must be a
driver issue with software and printer...

There was a bug listed on the MS Connect Site that involved printing
OE
headers. Don't remember if the details were the same as the OPs.

Only a handful of OE users have posted about this issue after
installing
IE7 Final. I can't remember any posts about this during beta
testing.

What anti-virus application is installed on the machine? Any
"internet
security" apps (e.g., Trend Micro, Norton, McAfee)?

Stay tuned to this newsgroup as well as OE General for updates on
this
problem.

First, I didn't post at the OE newsgroup, must be different post.
Second, I did the reinstall, first uninstalling IE7 then after
restart
I printed an email from OE6 and the header information that I am
refering to;
From:
To:
Date:
Subject:
did print with IE6.

After checking to see if the problem was corrected with IE6 I
reinstalled IE7 after the restarts and checking to see if IE7 was
installed and was working I printed an email from OE6 and again the
header information that was needed on my printout was NOT there.

So, in short reinstalling IE7 didn't change a thing.
The Mail Account Information that is printed and the From, To,
Date,
and Subject are very inportant, they are needed to know what
computer
the email
is stored on, and also dates and times etc need to be there for
legal
purposes, it is a necessity.

Whats Next??? IE6 again...

As suggest in the OE newsgroup where you also posted this, You may
have a
horked install of IE7. I suggest reading the following link...

Sandi's notes on "IE7 Gold", including Installation Tips

....and then uninstalling and reinstalling IE7 per Sandi's tips.

After installing IE 7 when I print from Outlook Express 6 the
header
on the
top of the page that prints the To, From, Date, Time, Etc. is no
longer there. Can I get this back, is there a place that I can
tell
OE6 to print
the header info again.

Help?!?

Thanks
