Default Outlook 2007--RPC/HTTPS

I have a machine using RPC/HTTPS in Outlook 2007 with an Exchange 2003
server. My users that have Windows XP Service Pack 3 can not connect over
RPC/HTTPS. When I uninstall XP Service Pack 3, Outlook will connect over
RPC/HTTPS. My users using Vista do not have any issues in Outlook when using
RPC/HTTPS. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, did you get it
working with XP Service Pack 3?

No issues here in regards to a single server Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows
2003 SP2 and the config you mentioned.

I am having the same issue. Is there a resolution?

The first question that I would ask is what happens if you open a web
browser and type:

https://name.of.exchange.server/rpc

For example, if the user received a prompt about accepting the certificate,
then Outlook will not connect. It will be the operating system that needs
to verify the certificate back to the issuing certificate authority.
