Greeting cards in Publisher 2003

Default Greeting cards in Publisher 2003

I am a new user to computers and Publisher. I am using Publisher 2003 on
Windows Vista.
My instructions are to
Click on Blank Publications
Choose side fold card and press yes

I cannot seem to find "side fold card anywhere"

Can anyone help

File, Page Setup, Folded Card. If you want to create a card that opens like a
book use the booklet setup.

Default Greeting cards in Publisher 2003

Do you have the *Use New Publication task pane at startup* checked in Options,
Edit tab. There is a drop down on the Start from a design, select By Blank
Publications. The option has a pictorial view of the various publications.
