Mail sent from Outlook 2003 marked as Spam
I switched over the Outlook 2 months ago, and now I'm having a problem where
people are receiving my messages marked as Spam. These are the same people I've always sent messages to, and my email subjects and body are in no way Spam material. In some cases, people receive my emails marked as Spam, and in some cases, they don't receive them at all, probably because it was stopped at their server. Even people in my own office are getting my mails marked as Spam. I checked on a colleague's workstation, and the internet header for my email had a high Spam rating. Anyone know what could be causing this? Any Outlook settings that I am missing? |

Any Outlook settings that I am missing? There's nothing you can do about it, if it is their mail server or client that is flagging your mesasges. Ask them to put you in their safe lists. -- Brian Tillman |
