Default Record Creator

Is there a way that you can see who, when and what time a calendar entry was
created?

We have a shared calendar but we need to track who creating what entry for
accountablity and followup within our group. Is there a simple way that an
view if they created a record and the date and time of the creation of the
record without customization?
