Why won't my Product Key work?

I recieved Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 with my refurbished
pc from Dell. However, when I try to install it will not accept the Product
Key given to me on the sticker on the back of the cd case. What can I do to
install this software?

Your issue is with Dell since your Office software is an oem version. Use
your support from Dell to resolve the issue.

Will require you to setup username password, etc...
You will be surprised at the answers to your post concerning this problem.
Most there are not familiar with oem software support.
