Default Outlook Changes Font

Sometimes, when I reply to an e-mail, Outlook changes the font in my
signature and in the header of the previous message (as well as my reply).
This is extremely annoying. It happened in previous versions of Outlook as
well as 2003. What is causing this and how can it be prevented?

Not a clue and I note someone else had posted the same issue. Someone
responded that Outlook responds with the same font as the previous message. I
do not find that is the case. in fact, the header font of the previous
message is also changed. Given all the problem I see people having it makes
me wonder how well this stuff is checked out before it is released.
