Default VBA Help

I currently use Excel about everyday in my normal workweek. I have had very
limited exposure to Visual Basic in Excel. Does anyone know of a website or
perhaps a book I could read that could give me good instruction on how to use
Visual Basic in Excel. I would appreciate any help I could get.

for whatever it's worth I got started with John Walkenbachs "Power
Programming" book. But, this forum is where the best help resource is.
