how can I print a comment
I put in a diagram a comment. When I put my mouse on it, I can see the
comment. However, when wanting to print the diagram, I can't find anywhere the option to print the comment as well. |

how can I print a comment
In earlier versions of Visio, what is now Shape ScreenTip was called
Comment. The text is still stored in a ShapeSheet cell called Comment, so you can create a report that extracts these, or create a Custom Property/Shape Data that reads the Comment cell. Otherwise, I do have code in my book on how to print the newer comments.... http://www.visualizinginformation.com "Paul Herber" wrote in message ell.net...
