bounce back unwanted emails instead of having to use organize

Default bounce back unwanted emails instead of having to use organize

how do i prevent unwanted emails from even entering my inbox. i would like
to block them and automatically send them back.

all i know now is to use the organize option and send them to my delete folder

Bouncing is a useless waste of time and bandwidth and verifies your email
address to spammers. The best solution is using a spam filter on the email
server - if your email provider doesn't use spam filters, you'll need to
install one on your computer. I recommend something like mailwasher or any
third party spam filter - using Organize is pretty much a waste of time as
spammers never use the same address twice.

You can't - Outlook rules only work on mail received in the In-box. It does
not have the ability to automatically bounce mails before being received.

account will be deleted without reading.
