When I try to add a new Contact-The warning says-not implemented"
Every Time I try to add a new contact-it will not allow me to save it--I get
a warning--Not Implemented.

You must provide at least some information. State how you configured your
Outlook profile (include transports and data file) and whether it ever worked. Clarify your version.
