Default Always get "Do you want to save changes" dialog

I am using Outlook 2007 Beta, 12.0.4407.1004.
If I open up any Contact that has an email address entered in it, I will get
the "Do you wish to save changes" dialog when I close it down. This occurs
everytime even though I have not made any chages to the contact.
If I open and close a contact without and email address in it, I do not get
the dialog.
If I open a contact, remove the email address, save and close it, and then
open and close it again, I do not get the dialog.

Any help getting rid of this dialog would be greatly appreciated.

Others have reported the same, but no one can provide steps to repro, and I
can't repro this behavior in RTM.
