Default How do I set up a Header and Footer only on the first page?

Enable the "Different first page" option in the Page Setup dialog box.

To display the dialog box, click File | Page Setup (Word 97-2003). In Word
2007, you can click the dialog launcher button (on the bottom right) of the
Page Setup group, found on the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.
