Default Drop down box!

Hello

i have a drop down box which contains names of workers this has been used to
populate who works where in a spread sheet! what i need to do is edit the
values in the list (which i can do) but i need the data to be updated in the
spread sheet example

if the value is 'john smith' in the spread sheet from a drop down i want to
change this to 'london clinic' and this in turn updates the value in the
field!

Default Drop down box!

Hi

That won't happen by editing the name if the validation list.
There is no connection between the cell containing the value, and the
original source.

After editing your dropdown list, then use Control+H (Find and Replace)
Find John Smith
Replace London Clinic
Replace All
