Default Error msg at Outlook 2003 start up

I transferred my data from XP machine to Vista Home machine. Loaede Office
2003 including Outlook and get a msg " C:\ Usera \
share\appdata\roaming\microsoft\addins\crogram1m icrosoft2\office11\addins\outbak.dll is not valid office add-in"
and have to cancel this for Outlook to function properly. How can I get rid
of this?

Thanks.

Which files did you transfer and which transfer method did you use?
Sound like you also copied over outcmd.dat an extend.dat. Rename these files
to .old and try again.
