How do I convert an image of a visio diagram to visio format?
I'm using Microsoft Office Visio 2007 (12.0.6423.1000) SP2 MSO (12.0.6425.1000)
The image is a visio drawing from a word document (described as a picture in visio) -- D. Garber |

How do I convert an image of a visio diagram to visio format?
Unfortunately there is no automated way to convert a bitmap to a visio
document, it would have to be recreated. Where metafiles can be imported, the visio smarts are also not there (although the image may be edited). al "Doug" wrote in message ... The latter is the situation you describe. It generally gives a smaller Word (or whatever) filesize. All you can do is contact to author of the Visio drawing. Pedro |
