Default How can I convert numbers on an axis to text? Ex - 480 = Mon D; 7

Graph is based on shifts of 480 min each and 3 shifts per day. Graph covers
1 week. So I want to show 480, 960, etc. - which it does.

But how can I also have 480 = Mon - D; 960 = Mon - A (D=days; A=afternoons).

Thank you.
