Default Using excel to integrate journal entries into Great Plains

I have 20 companies which I want to use excel to upload journal entries via
Integration Manager into Great Plains. I've built the csv files and the
integration process works correctly. My problem is that I want to use a
lookup tool which I can build into the template which will return the chart
of accounts g/l number in one column and the g/l account master name in
another column for each company. We use MC2 for intercompany entries
(within GP) but, as far as I know, you can't use Integration Manager for
intercompany entries. Thus I need to build a template for each company.
The ideal situation would allow me to key a portion of the g/l account number
or a portion of the g/l account name. One other thing I'd like to do is
create a workbook template for each company which contains the standard
monthly entries and have only one lookup database in each workbook which will
work on each of the tabs in the workbook. I hope this is not too much to ask
for in one question. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much.........Jo
