Outlook won't open
I installed office XP pro over office 2003 basic.
Outlook would not open, so I uninstalled office 2003, still same result. uninstalled XP, ensured all office items removed, then reinstalled XP pro. Still getting same error. "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the item. Try again." This message will occur every time I try to send or receive, or open the program. I know the pop and smtp settings are correct. Thanks |

Do you perhaps have an Exchange Server mailbox listed as your default data store? -- -Ben- Ben M.
