Default MailMerge from Word using Outlook Contacts.

I want to do a mass mailing project using MailMerge in Word 2003. My data
source is from Contacts in Outlook 2003. Everything is fine, when I go and do
the merge, but the "Job Title" field does not show up on the envelope. I
tried going to MatchFields and choose Job Title, but that didn't work either.

How do I insert Job Title field from Outlook into MailMerge in Word?

Initiate the merge from Outlook and you will have greater control over the
display of fields.
