How do I convert Word 2000 label file to Word 2003?

I need to convert a Word 2000 label list file to Word 2003. When I click on
the file name in "Starting from existing document" a screen comes up that
says "Opening this document will run the following SQL
command:[Select*(myfilename.doc). Data from your database will be placed in
your document. Do you want to continue?" Clicking no brings up a blank
screen. Clicking yes says " file is a mail merge main document. Word can't
find it's data source. Am i missing something?

To stop the message from appearing, see the following Knowledge Base

But all you may really need to do is navigate to the data source after
clicking on Yes.
